Founded in 1978 by Glenn and Alice Stubbs, we have been proudly serving Chelan and Douglas County for three generations. What started as one man's commitment to quality excavation work has grown into a trusted family business with decades of experience and a reputation built on hard work and integrity.

Willie has carried on his father Glenn's legacy of quality workmanship and honest business. With decades of hands on experience, Willie leads the company with the same ethic that built Stubbs Excavation from the ground up.
Amy Stubbs
Amy works alongside Willie keeping the business running smoothly and ensuring every customer is taken care of from start to finish.
Alex Stubbs
​Alex brings the next generation of Stubbs craftsmanship to every job site. As foreman, Alex overseas operations and make sure every project is completed to the highest standard.

Candice handles the administrative side of the business keeping things organized and running smoothly.
